General Terms and Conditions

The below can be summarised as "I am a responsible adult, and I agree to take responsibility for my safety and that of others, and I will bear the consequences of any failure to do so. I also understand that Badgers and Jam have the right to refuse admission. If I'm booking for other people, they agree to this to. I consent to Badgers and Jam processing my data so I am my friends can attend and recieve information about games."

  • By booking for a Badgers and Jam event you agree to abide by and and all the rules and regulations of Badgers and Jam games, including our Equality and Safety policies, and if you are purchasing tickets for others, warrant that they agree to do so as well. Our decision is final in all disputes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any individual from any of our events. Your ticket fee will not be returned if you, or anyone you are booking on behalf of, are expelled from an event, or turned away upon arrival.
  • You agree to be ultimately responsible for your own physical safety and mental well-being at Badgers and Jam events.
  • Badgers and Jam shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in our games including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury or death. We hereby exclude all liability arising from your participation in our games.
  • You acknowledge that by attending a Badgers and Jam event you may be agreeing to effectively take part in a full contact sport with all attendant risks.
  • Some Badgers and Jam events may be played in open public spaces, and we will not be supervising you. You accept all responsiblity for ensuring that you don't put yourself or others at risk of injury or harm and all liability that may arise from any failure on your part to do so.
  • Refunds: Badgers and Jam will offer refunds on cancellations up to a month in advance of the event in question. You may request a refund by emailing us. With less than a month's notice, refunds will only be available if we can find a new customer to take over the ticket.
  • In agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our data protection and privacy policies.
